TEXAS BROWNIES 
Add:

1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Mix well on high speed of mixer. Pour into a well-greased 17 1/2 x 11-inch jelly-roll pan.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until they test done in the center.

Mix in large bowl:

Frosting:

1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp dark cocoa
1/4 cup milk

Heat to boiling. Add 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar.

Pour warm frosting over brownies--you can do this as soon as they are done cooking.

In saucepan (or microwave pan) mix:

1/4 cup dark, unsweetened cocoa

Heat to boiling & pour over the flour, sugar mix.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
