STRAWBERRY FRESH PIE 
1 graham cracker crust
1 c. diet red pop
1 sm. pkg. sugar free strawberry gelatin
1 tbsp. cornstarch
6 c. fresh strawberries, cleaned & hulled

CRUST: 12 (2 1/2") squares crushed graham crackers mixed with 1/4 cup reduced calorie butter and dash of cinnamon. Spread in 8" or 9" pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. Cool.

Mix pop, gelatin and cornstarch in medium sized saucepan and heat until boiling. Remove from heat, chill slightly until thickened. Mix strawberries in chilled gelatin until glazed. Place in pie crust. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
