1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
1 cube butter
1 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 c. whipped cream (or Cool Whip)
2 sm. pkg. instant pudding (your flavor)
3 c. milk

Layer 1: Combine 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts, 1 cube butter and 1 cup flour. Spread out on shallow 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Layer 2: Blend 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 cup whipped cream (Cool Whip) and spread on Layer 1.

Layer 3: Make 2 small packages instant pudding (using 3 cups milk) and spread over layer 2.

Layer 4: Top with whipped cream (Cool Whip). Sprinkle with grated chocolate on top and serve.
