SCALLOP CASSEROLE | |
1 pt. scallops (preferably bay) 1/2 - 3/4 c. cream 3 c. soft bread crumbs 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. celery seeds Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease an oblong baking dish, 11 1/2" x 7 1/2" x 1 1/2". Arrange scallops in dish. Pour part of cream over scallops. Pour over remaining cream (it should come 3/4 way up on scallops). Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30 to 40 minutes. |
