FREEZER PICKLES 
4 c. sliced pickles, with skin on
2 c. onions
4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. water
3/4 - 1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dill seed

Mix first four ingredients together. Let stand 2 hours. Drain - don't rinse. Mix remaining ingredients together, pour over pickles. Put in container with dill in it. Freeze.

In Egypt, we pickle Cucumbers by slicing thin, in any direction, pack in Jars with any spice you like, Saffron and garlic is easy, slice thin too!!!, make a brine of salt and water 1 cup sea salt to 7 to 10 cups water is always right... BOIL the brine and poor over the cucumbers and jar or refrigerate... ready in 3 days!!!!!!!
