BACON-WRAPPED MUSHROOM CAPS 
15 strips of bacon
30 small to medium mushrooms, stems removed
1 cup sharp spreadable cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. bread crumbs

Cut the bacon strips in half and wrap each strip around the perimeter of each mushroom cap to create a small cuff. Fasten the back with a toothpick. Broil mushrooms 5 minutes or until the back becomes slightly crisp, drain. Mix the cheese with onion and bread crumbs. Place a small mound of mixture inside each mushroom cap within the bacon cuff. Broil 3 minutes. Serve hot.
