GLAZED LONDON BROIL 
1 1/2 lbs. flank steak, approx.
2 tsp. unseasoned meat tenderizer
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. sherry
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt

Pierce surface of steak at 1-inch intervals with fork. Combine all ingredients; pour over steak. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour, turning often. Good on grill or broiler. Slice at angle to the grain.
