THE LONDON'S LONDON BROIL | |
2 lb. flank steak 1 clove garlic 1 c. Mazola corn oil 1/2 c. vinegar 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. dry mustard Dash cayenne 2 tbsp. soy sauce Trim and score surface of both sides of a 2 pound flank steak. Slice clove of garlic into large shallow pan and add all the above ingredients. Stir until blended. Place steak in pan. Spoon marinade over it. Let stand at least 3 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Turn steak 3 to 4 times. Remove from marinade. |
