PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, cut up fine
1/4 c. raw rice
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 can tomato soup
1 can water

Mix hamburger, onion, rice, egg, salt, and pepper together thoroughly. Form into balls and brown in frying pan. When brown, pour tomato soup and water over balls. Cover and let simmer until rice is done, about 30-40 minutes.
