1 qt. fresh strawberries or raspberries
1 baked pie crust

Put 3 cups of whole berries in the pie shell. Put 1 cup crushed strawberries and 2/3 cup water in pan. Let come to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes.

Blend 1 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons cornstarch and 1/3 cup water. Add to strawberry mixture. Let come to a boil. Then pour mixture in the pie shell. A graham cracker crust is delicious with this.
