GLAZED STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 baked pie shell
4 (6 oz.) cream cheese
1 qt. strawberries
3/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine 1 cup of strawberries with water. Simmer 5 minutes. Add sugar with cornstarch. Cook until thick and glazy. Add lemon juice and cool. Beat cream cheese with 2 tablespoons milk. Line pie shell with cream cheese and then strawberries. Pour glaze over berries. Chill and serve with whipped cream.
