SWEET POTATO BISCUITS 
1 1/2 to 2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. Crisco, mix with flour
1 to 1 1/2 c. milk or water
2 med. size sweet potatoes (cooked)

Mash sweet potatoes in mixing bowl. Add flour and Crisco. Mix well. Add milk or water to flour mixture. (Add flour as needed to prevent sticking.) roll out and cut into biscuits. Makes about 12 to 15 biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
