FROZEN PUMPKIN PIE | |
1 egg 1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin 3/4 c. sugar 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1/4 tsp. salt 3 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip 1 prepared 9" graham cracker crumb crust Beat egg slightly in large bowl. Blend in pumpkin, sugar, spice, salt and whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm, about 4-6 hours or overnight. Garnish, if desired. |
