STUFFED CRABS 
1/2 block butter
1/4 c. parsley and onion top
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. celery
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. red pepper
1 c. crabmeat
1 c. ground shrimp
1 c. cracker crumbs or bread crumbs

Saute butter, onions, celery and bell pepper. When transparent, season and add shrimp an crabmeat. Cook until shrimp turns pink. Add onion tops and parsley. Add cracker crumbs and mix well. Stuff crab shells and top with crumbs and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
