PEANUT BUTTER FRUIT DIP 
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. light cream
1/2 c. honey
1 c. peanuts, chopped

Place peanut butter in saucepan; gradually stir in cream and blend in honey. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture starts to boil. Keep warm while serving. To serve, spear a piece of fruit (apple, bananas, or pears) and dip into peanut butter mixture, then roll in chopped peanuts.
