FROZEN DESSERT 
23 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 box pistachio instant pudding
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1/4 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Combine Ritz crackers and the butter and press into a 9-inch pie plate and bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow to cool. Combine pudding with milk and blend in softened ice cream. Pour into crust. Spread Cool Whip on top surface and freeze. Garnish with chopped nuts or cherries.
