FRUIT LAYERED BAVARIAN | |
2 (3 oz.) strawberry Jello 2 c. boiling water 2 c. whipped cream 2 tbsp. sugar 1 can (8 3/4 oz.) sliced peaches Dissolve Jello and sugar in water. Drain peaches, add enough water to remaining Jello until thickened. Stir in peaches and place in bowl or mold. Chill until set, not firm. Chill reserved Jello until thickened. Blend 1 cup cream into thickened Jello. Spoon on top of peach mixture; when set, garnish with remaining cream. |
