1 lg. bag Oreos (chocolate wafer cookies)
2 lg. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. cream cheese (softened)
12 or 16 oz. Cool Whip

Crumble cookies and put 2/3 in bottom of greased (9x13) pan. Mix all other ingredients except Cool Whip, then fold in Cool Whip. Pour over cookies. Sprinkle rest of cookies on top of cake. (This cake is very sweet, could omit part of sugar.)
