QUICHE LORRAINED (MODIFIED) 
1/4 c. dry onion soup mix
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. pimento (optional)

Pour in greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Ten minutes before done, top with slices of Mozzarella, Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese. (I double everything but the soup mix for a lower salt content.)
