QUICK CRAB CHOWDER | |
3 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. chopped celery 3 c. milk 1 can cream of potato soup 1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat 1/4 tsp. thyme 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Saute onions and celery in butter. Add milk, soup, corn and seasonings. Heat slowly and stir frequently. Diced, cooked potatoes and/or carrots may be added. Serves 4 to 6. |
