SQUASH BAKE 
1 c. butter
12 oz. seasoned dressing mix
3 c. sliced, cooked and drained squash
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 carrots, grated
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream

Melt butter, toss with half of dressing mix, set aside. Mix other half of dressing mix with squash, soup, sour cream, onion, carrots and pepper. Turn mixture into lightly greased 9x13x2 inch dish. Sprinkle dressing mixed with butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
