BAKED BRISKET | |
1 whole brisket 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. celery salt 1 tsp. onion salt 1 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. nutmeg 4 tbsp. brown sugar 4 tbsp. liquid smoke 1/2 c. barbecue sauce Sprinkle liquid smoke over brisket, then sprinkle with dry ingredients. Seal with foil. Bake at 200 degrees overnight or until tender, about 7 hours. Slice and place in another pan. Combine 1/2 cup pan juice and 1/2 cup barbecue sauce; pour over meat. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
