FRUIT COBBLER CAKE 
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder

Melt butter in dish you're going to bake it in. Mix 1 cup sugar in milk, flour, salt, and baking powder. Pour mix in dish and put in fruit and juices; then the second cup of sugar on top. Bake at 350 degrees until crust covers top and is brown.
