45 crushed Ritz crackers
2/3 stick butter

Mix together and press into 9 x 13 pan to form crust. Mix 2 packages Royal instant Pistachio pudding and 2 cups milk add 1 quart softened vanilla ice cream spread over crust top with 1 cup whipped cream and grated chocolate.
