BRANDY CRANBERRY SAUCE 
1 lb. pkg. cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4-1/3 c. brandy

Place cranberries in casserole. Pour sugar over cranberries and stir in. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees, placing a cookie sheet under the casserole dish. After removing casserole from oven, pop any cranberries that have not popped. Cool until warm. Mix in brandy. Place in refrigerator.
