CHOCOLATE SPIDERS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet morsels
1 tbsp. shortening

In a 2 cup glass measure stir together chocolate and shortening (use solid vegetable shortening ONLY). In a large mixing bowl, pour in hot tap water to 1 inch depth. Place chocolate mixture in measure inside larger bowl and stir constantly with rubber spatula about 15 minutes. Add new hot water if necessary. Use pastry bag with #4 tip or heavy duty plastic bag with a small hole cut in one corner. Make spiders on wax paper. Refrigerate to harden.
