2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
2 pkgs. yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
5 1/2 c. flour

Warm milk and water. Dissolve in 2 packages yeast. In separate bowl mix together sugar, salt and flour. Mix all together. Grease 2 loaf pans and sprinkle with cornmeal. Let rise until it reaches the top edge of pan. Microwave on High 6 1/2 minutes. Let set 10 minutes, turn out of pan.
