OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
3/4 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. old-fashioned oats
1 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. raisins

In large bowl with mixer at high speed, beat first 4 ingredients 2 minutes. Reduce low speed and beat in next 5 ingredients until blended, stir in raisins. Drop by level tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Transfer to wire rack to cool. Makes 4 dozen.
