2 c. mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. onion, grated
Salt and pepper
1 tsp. butter
A small amount of milk to make a ball

Mix all ingredients, drop by spoonsful on buttered baking sheet.

Bake until light and brown.
