FRUIT ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 cans Eagle Brand milk
Fruit, mashed, pureed, or chopped
1 c. sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 1/2 qt. half and half

Combine eggs, cream, sugar and vanilla in bowl; mix thoroughly with mixer. Pour into ice cream freezer. Add Eagle Brand milk; add fruit and stir well. Add half and half and stir. Freeze. Yield: 4 quarts.
