BLUEBERRY CREAM PIE 
9" baked pie crust
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. blueberries, frozen or fresh, washed & drained
Whipped topping (opt.)

Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, and continue cooking until thick. Add butter and vanilla extract. Cool. Fold in blueberries. Pour into pie crust. Chill. Garnish with whipped topping before serving.
