1/2 c. Grape Nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. milk
Dash of pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire

Mix cereal and milk and let stand 1 minute. Combine remaining ingredients except catsup and stir until thoroughly mixed. Put in casserole and top with catsup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
