2 tbsp. melted butter 2 tbsp. flour 1 c. beef broth 1/2 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce FILLING: 1 lb. ground beef 16 oz. Veg-All vegetables (drained) 1/2 tsp. salt TOPPING: 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 egg 2 tbsp. milk Add all brown sauce ingredients together in small saucepan. Cook over low heat until slightly thickened; set aside. Brown ground beef. Add Veg-All vegetables and salt together. Add brown sauce to ground beef mixture. Mix well. Bake deep pie crust at 400 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Pour meat mixture into pie crust. Mix together topping ingredients; spoon topping evenly over mixture in pie plate. Bake 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees F. |
