PERSIMMON PUDDING 
2 c. sieved persimmons
1 c. sweet milk
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Press persimmons through sieve. Add milk slowly. Add sugar and egg; stir well. Add flour, meal, salt and baking powder, sifted together. Add melted butter; mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
