CRANBERRY - DATE RELISH 
1 lb. cranberries
1 c. snipped dates
2 c. water
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white raisins
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. ginger

Combine all ingredients in a medium sized saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil rapidly, uncovered for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve chilled. Makes 4 cups.
