RAW CRANBERRY RELISH 
2 oranges, seeded & cut into 8 pieces
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. cranberries
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. sugar

Day before serving combine orange and cranberries. Chop in food processor. Put in bowl. Stir in raisins, sugar and pineapple. Chill. 55 calories per 1/4 cup.
