SWEDISH ALMOND COOKIES 
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. minced almond
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, almond, and orange rind; add to sifted flour and baking powder. Roll out to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into fancy shapes. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 5 dozen.
