SUPPER PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. steak, cut thin in 3 inch strips
1/4 c. oil
1 clove garlic (or use the juice)
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 lg. stalk celery, chopped
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. tomato juice, drained from canned tomatoes
1 can tomatoes

Heat oil, add meat and brown. Add soy sauce, salt and water and garlic. Let simmer, about 1 hour. Add vegetables and cook about 10 minutes. Blend cornstarch with tomato juice and stir in. Add tomatoes. Cook to heat through. Serve over rice or noodles. Wild meat works well in this recipe.
