CRANBERRY MOLD SALAD 
1 c. ground cranberries
1 c. ground unpared apple
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. seeded grapes
1/4 c. broken walnuts
6 pineapple slices

Combine cranberries, apples and sugar; dissolve Jello in hot water add syrup; chill until partially set; add cranberry mixture, grapes and nuts. Pour into individual molds; chill until firm. Unmold on pineapple slices and lettuce.
