TORTILLAS 
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. cold water

Combine and beat until smooth. Spoon 3 tablespoons of batter onto a moderate hot ungreased griddle to make very thin pancakes. Turn tortillas when edges look dry not brown. Bake other side, before serving, brown on both sides in hot fat.

TACO SAUCE:

1 can tomato soup
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. water
Dash of salt
Dash of oregano

Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot or cold. 3 or 4 tomatoes, 1/2 head lettuce, 1 onion, 1/2 pound cheese (Cheddar), 2 pounds ground beef.
