1 c. diced onion
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. Crisco
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
1 c. meat sauce or water

Brown onions and celery in Crisco. Add rest of ingredients. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add chopped ham or boiled ham.
