BARBECUE SAUCE 
Pat of butter
2 tsp. vinegar
Dash of salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. parsley flakes
4 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. boiling water

Put all of above ingredients in a medium sized saucepan. Simmer at low heat for 10 minutes. Five minutes before eating, add chipped or shaved ham to sauce. Makes great ham barbecue sandwiches.
