CRAWFISH FETTUCCINE | |
1 pkg. (8 oz.) #42 egg noodles or fettuccine noodles 2 med. onions, chopped 1 bunch green onions 2 sticks butter 3 lbs. crawfish 4 tbsp. dehydrated parsley 1 can cream of mushroom soup or golden mushroom soup 1 pt. half and half cream 1 lb. jalapeno pepper cheese cut into cubes Salt and pepper Boil noodles and set aside. In large saucepan saute onions (yellow and green) in butter. Add crawfish, parsley and soup. Cook on medium fire for 15 minutes. Add half and half and cheese. Lower fire and simmer for 30 minutes. Taste to see if you need extra salt and pepper. Mix together with noodles and pour into large casserole dish. Top with Parmesan cheese if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
