MOT'S POLYNESIAN RICE 
1 c. brown rice
1 c. white rice
3 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. soy sauce
4 chicken bouillon cubes
5 c. boiling water
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Combine rice, onion, soy sauce. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water. Add to rice. Cook 40-45 minutes or until rice is tender. Sprinkle with nuts.
