BREAKFAST SOUFFLE 
1 lb. Jimmy Dean pork sausage (original flavor)
9 eggs
3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. mild cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
8 slices white bread (with crust on)

The night before: Break the bread in pieces and place in a 9x13 baking dish. Brown pork sausage and drain well.

9 eggs, beaten slightly
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt

Pour over the bread in the baking dish. Add the cooked and drained sausage on top. Sprinkle the grated cheese over all. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next morning: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
