FOUR LAYER DELIGHT 
1ST STEP:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped

Blend together and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes in 350 degree oven; cool it.

2ND STEP:

1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Beat this well, then spread over cooked crust.

3RD STEP:

2 pkgs. lemon instant pudding (3 3/4 oz. size)
3 c. milk

Mix together, then pour over cheese mixture.

4TH STEP:

Cool Whip

Spread the top with Cool Whip; refrigerate.
