BROILED TOMATOES 
6 firm ripe tomatoes
6 tsp. olive oil
3 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
3 tsp. bread crumbs
Dash of garlic powder
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Slice tops off tomatoes; squeeze out seeds. Salt insides and turn upside down on paper towel. Combine all other ingredients except for cheese, and fill tomato cavity with the mixture. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes, then brown under the broiler. Serves 6.
