NO COOK PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
1/2 c. light corn syrup 3/4 c. peanut butter 1/3 c. soft butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar 3/4 c. chopped nuts (plus halves for tops of squares) Put first 5 ingredients in bowl and beat until blended. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar, making very stiff mixture. Gradually work in chopped nuts and press into buttered 8 inch square pan. Mark off into squares and put a nut on each square. Chill until firm; then cut through markings. It's best to keep this refrigerated as it crumbles. |
