BROCCOLI SALAD 
3 stalks broccoli (8 c.), cut into bite size pieces
1 c. raisins; optional
1 lb. bacon, fried and drained
1/4 c. purple onion, diced
May also add celery and/or cauliflower

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix together, then refrigerate 2-3 hours.
