EGG AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. cheese flavored croutons (or seasoned)
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 c. shredded cheese

Sprinkle croutons in bottom of 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Mix eggs (slightly beaten), milk and mushroom soup. Pour over croutons. Fry and drain pork sausage. Spread over top of croutons. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Refrigerate overnight or for several hours.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees with cover on, then at 325 degrees for another 30 minutes, uncovered. This can be frozen and baked later.
